I Deal, Cards.
As a dealer, I handle cards for a living. I also handle people. The basic truth about people and cards is the same: learn and practice all that you can, but leave plenty of room for random surprises (both good and bad).
I can also tell you a little bit about yourself depending on the kinds of games that you prefer. Poker players, for example, are a lot less likely to be happy about leaving things to chance than, for example, slots players. Blackjack players tend to be aware of how small details contribute to the whole. Craps players tend to be more social.
These things don’t change too much when you play online, but people get a little more sense of freedom when there is no visible crowd around them, plus you tend to make better decisions when ‘crowd psychology’ isn’t an issue!
I think playing online is great for many reasons, but especially because it gives people the chance to play and perfect their skills outside of the sometimes-intimidating casino environment. I personally know several people who would never have tried certain games if they hadn’t already been playing USA slots online.
So I thought a webpage might be a good place to introduce people to the games that they’re likely to see at an online casino — and along the way, I’ll be making my own recommendations about good online places to play (because there are far too many of the other kind!). Some of the things that I’ll be discussing are deposit methods (such as online casinos accepting Visa or any of the other payment types) and of course the different countries’ laws about online gambling.
I consider myself a pro when it comes to dealing, but I still welcome input from other who may know the games even better than I do. When it comes to things like slots and video poker (which don’t really require a dealer!), I know some things, but probably not as much as an expert. So feel free to drop me a line and let me know if I get anything wrong!
